Prestige Driver Training

Terms and conditions instructor-student 

  1. Each Lesson booked will last for the period of a minimum of one hour or that agreed between the Instructor (franchisee) and the learner. The lesson starts when the student enters the car provided, as long as the student is ready at the arranged / pre-booked time.
  1. Where the instructor may arrive slightly late for a lesson due to circumstances beyond their control, the instructor will make efforts to extend the finish time of the lesson by the same amount of time or add the time on to the following lesson.
  1. Mobile phones must be switch off for the durations of the lesson
  1. All Prestige Driver Training cars are non smoking (It’s the law)
  1. All Prestige Driver Training instructors are authorised Approved Driving Instructors (DSA ADI) or legally authorised instructors (DSA PDI)
  1. The Instructors may end the lesson if He/She demes that the Instructor is unfit to continue (refund or rebook the lesson)
  2. The Instructor may end the lesson if He/She demes that the student is unfit to continue for witch (no refund or rebook will be given
  1. Prestige Driver Training may substitute another instructor if unforeseen circumstances arise.
  1. The learner may be permitted to use the training car for their driving test ONLY if the driving instructor is satisfied that the learner is at the required standard.
  1. The cost of the use if the training car for the driving test period is payable. Please refer to pricelist.
  1. Students must expect to be accompanied by a supervisor for some of the time that instruction is being given by authorised PDI.
  1. Payment for lessons are due at the end of each lesson unless prepaid. 
  1. Prepaid lessons are non-refundable.
  1. Payments can be either cash or cheque. Cheques should be made payable to the named Instructor and where possible, the cheque card number to be written on the back.
  1. Please note: A student is required to give 48 hours notice in order to cancel a lesson otherwise you will be charged for the period booked.
  1. Please note: An instructor is required to give 48 hours notice in order to cancel a lesson otherwise you will receive a free 1 hour lesson for the period except for circumstances beyond our control. The instructor reserves the right to cancel, or postpone or change lesson lengths, and times under certain circumstances eg. dangerous weather conditions, vehicle breakdown etc
  1. The Student or Parent/guardian if under 18 years agrees that Prestige Driver Training or Instructor have no liability to the pupil for loss, injury or damage.
